The Let’s Talk ICW program is intended for agents and brokers of ICW Group only. This program is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18.
ICW Group has partnered with icanmakeitbetter which is a platform for us to gather customer insights, feedback, innovate, and conduct research regarding our customers. Please read the icanmakeitbetter Privacy Statement, carefully to understand how Let’s Talk ICW collects, uses and discloses information about customers and how to update or change your personal information and how we communicate with you. ICW Group does not sell or share your information on the Let’s Talk ICW website with any third party, except icanmakeitbetter solely to perform the services we require.
To sign up: Complete the survey in the email invitation you received. Because we offer incentives, your acceptance of these terms will be verification your company does not prohibit incentives from being given to their employees. Once complete, you’ll be directed to Let’s Talk ICW, letstalkicw.icmib.com. From the Create Account section, create a user name and Password using the email that the initial invitation was sent.
The registration process may require that you provide the following information: username, password, email address (required in order to receive all eligible Rewards), physical address, telephone number. You may only have one (1) account that is personal to you.
If you change your account address to one that is not located within Washington D.C., the fifty (50) United States, or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, your account will be inactivated. You will no longer be able to earn Points or receive or redeem benefits under your U.S. Let’s Talk ICW account. Previously earned Points will be forfeited
The benefits that are available to you through Let’s Talk ICW rewards program are based on the number of “Points" that you earn. You can earn Points by completing activities on the Let’s Talk ICW website, which may include completing a survey or participating in a community activity. Each activity will include whether or not Points are available. If it does not mention Points, no Points will be given for such activity. Not all activities will include Points. The activity will tell you how many Points are available for completion of the activity. Points are awarded after reviewing the validity and quality of the responses, and may take up to three weeks to be added to your account. No Points will be awarded for partial completion of an activity. All materials submitted become the sole property of ICW Group.
There are no membership fees associated with Let’s Talk ICW. Points accumulated under the program are promotional and have no cash value. Points may be turned in for gift cards, if the participant meets the Point requirements for that gift card or donated to charity.
Your Points and your account under Let’s Talk ICW are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with fellow employees, family, friends or others, or used by you for any commercial purpose. You may have only one (1) Let’s Talk ICW account that is personal to you.
Without notice to you, Let’s Talk ICW also reserves the right to “unregister" and make ineligible for the Let’s Talk ICW program any Let’s Talk ICW account that has been inactive for six (6) months. Inactive is defined as no login during the previous 6 months. In the event that your Let’s Talk ICW account is unregistered or rendered inactive, then all accumulated Points in your account are void.
ICW Group reserves the right to terminate, discontinue or cancel the Let’s Talk ICW program at any time and in its sole discretion without notice to you. If ICW Group terminates, discontinues or cancels the Let’s Talk ICW program, each member will have 30 days to turn in Points for gift cards, if they member has accumulated enough points, or to charity. After 30 days after the termination, discontinuance or cancellation of Let’s Talk ICW program all Points will be void.
ICW Group is not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate information, human error, technical malfunctions, failures, omission, interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, service providers, or software, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in Let’s Talk ICW, inability to access the any site, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, activities that are processed late or incorrectly or are incomplete or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof.
